Every SUTRA piece ships from our atelier in Jaipur, India.

• Dispatch: in-stock pieces leave the atelier within 2–5 business days of your order.
• Delivery: tracked and insured international shipping, typically 7–21 business days depending on destination.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email the day your order ships.
• Packaging: each piece is secured in a protective box and wrapped in a velvet pouch.
• Duties & taxes: any import duties or local taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.
