Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your SUTRA piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- The piece must be unworn, in its original condition and original packaging.
- Email us at sutrasalesonline@gmail.com (or call +91 99296 15965) before returning, and we will guide you through the process.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Refunds
Once the returned piece reaches us and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full.
